Discussion Forums

The Managing Litigation Discussion Forums support an unlimited number of online discussion boards.  Permission to access specific discussions is set by Site Administration.  Accordingly, you will be able to access only discussions in which you are authorized to participate.

We have set up the dedicated forums listed in the left column, and will modify these discussion boards as required to accommodate the interests and needs of Managing Litigation Corporate Participants and Project Directors. Click on the discussion title to access a particular forum. 

Contact Us if you would like to establish a dedicated discussion for a particular purpose; or if you are having any difficulty in accessing a discussion.

• You agree to adhere to Managing Litigation's Discussion Rules.
  
• You can view all discussion threads, start a new discussion topic and/or contribute to discussions started by others.  Also, you can attach files to your messages and view files included with posts by other discussion participants.
  
  
• You can edit your own posts to the discussion board, but you cannot edit or change another user's inquiry or reply.
  
  
• You can access the reading room/document library for this discussion forum, as well as upload and download files to and from the library.
  
  
• You can set email alerts to be notified of any change in a discussion forum, in a specific discussion topic, or in a forum's reading room/document library.
  
  
• If you like, you may contact any discussion participant directly.
